Van Gogh Primary School , South London

Van Gogh Primary School is one of five schools in the Dunraven Educational Trust. The school’s aim is ‘Creating Excellence’. Van Gogh’s two sites mean each feel like a small, safe, and friendly school. They believe that the key role of the school is: Working together, with families and the wider community, to support the development of well-rounded young adults.

Van Gogh Primary wanted to create the WOW factor in their EYFS area and were told to contact ESP by another school in their Multi Academy Trust. The school’s dream was to create a natural, open ended themed space with a wish list of requirements which included: a giant sandpit, feature fence line, different levels, moveable equipment and a large, sheltered area.
