A solution to turning a grass area that gets muddy in wet weather into a year round useable space. The playground surfacing selected for this development enables the school to provide a high-quality outdoor provision whatever the weather.  High grade artificial grass has been laid providing a soft and natural space for children to sit, play and learn. Within the Artificial grass, our team integrated a roadway constructed using wetpour.  A recyclable material that will last for years.

The school aims to provide a broad and balanced curriculum that is based on high expectations and standards. Furthermore, enrichment activities, educational visits, visitors and the school environment are used to stimulate a love of learning.

The curriculum ensures that learning extends beyond the classroom, making good use of the extensive school grounds and the surrounding countryside through Forest Schools. A child’s happiness and wellbeing are also key priorities making sure that they can flourish personally and academically. Rodings is a school of friendship, teamwork and community.

The school would certainly be happy to recommend ESP play to other schools and work with ESP on future projects. They found everyone involved very professional and were impressed with the attention to detail. Especially concerning keeping them informed at all stages. There were a few very minor remedial actions required, however given the nature of the installation nothing that they wouldn’t have anticipated. Staff have always been thorough in ensuring they were happy with progress and the final product.
