Queensmead House School, Windsor

Queensmead House School, part of the Witherslack Group, is a co-educational, independent specialist day school, providing high quality education. Based in Windsor, the school meets the needs of a diverse group of pupils with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours.

Queensmead House School approached ESP to renew their SEN outdoor play spaces which were a health and safety risk due to condemned equipment. The aim was to provide more physical opportunities for their children and to create a more natural looking fresh space. The finished design includes a low level playcastle, trim trail, nest swing and tangled unit surfaced with artificial grass and wetpour.

The school were so impressed with the design and installation of this project, they have contacted us with a phase two project.
