Children are educated in a creative, stimulating and rich environment. This is not limited to the indoor classroom. Having met with ESP Play, the school identified many potential improvements that could be gained by developing the outdoor provision in early years. Following careful consideration through the design process with ESP, the school deciding to invest in a full development of their outdoor play area for early years.
ESP wanted to reflect the high expectations placed on all pupils academically, socially and personally by creating an outstanding resource for outdoor learning. This open-ended design enables all pupils to have a continuous learning provision between indoors and outdoors and provides a wide range of challenges for the children to explore and get creative.
This long-lasting faculty will be in place for many years to come. Teacher can now set up teacher led activities for formal learning with ease and have the peace of mind that the facility is safe and compliant for the children to play.
