Stunning New LEAP Play Area Delivered by ESP PLAY for Elan Homes in Congleton

ESP PLAY is proud to showcase a stunning new LEAP (Local Equipped Area for Play) recently designed and installed on behalf of Elan Homes at their exciting new housing development in Congleton, in the heart of the North West. The new play area provides residents, particularly young families, with a fantastic outdoor space to enjoy right on their doorstep, adding real value and appeal to the development.
The Playground Project
Selected from a wide field of competing companies, ESP PLAY were delighted to be chosen by Elan Homes for this prestigious project. Elan Homes recognised ESP PLAY for our excellent commercial value for money, the quality of our design work, and the depth of service and experience we bring to every scheme. It's a partnership we are extremely proud of, and one that has delivered an outstanding result for the new community. At the centre of the play area sits an impressive new multi-play climbing unit, offering children a host of physical challenges including climbing, sliding and exploring. Encouraging adventurous, confidence-building play, it forms the perfect focal point for the space. Alongside it, a brand-new nest swing provides inclusive, sociable swinging fun for children of all ages and abilities; always a firm favourite wherever it's installed. Imaginative play features have been thoughtfully woven throughout the design, sparking creativity and role-play opportunities for younger visitors. A range of seating has also been included, giving parents, carers and residents comfortable spots to relax, supervise and enjoy the surroundings. To finish the area to the highest standard, ESP PLAY installed vibrant wetpour safety surfacing and smart bow-top fencing, creating a safe, secure and visually attractive environment that complements the new homes beautifully. Remarkably, the entire project was started and completed within just four weeks, a true reflection of our efficient, professional approach. ESP PLAY would like to thank Elan Homes for their trust, and we wish the residents of Congleton many happy hours of play in their wonderful new space.
