Designed to complement the natural surroundings of this attractive new community, the play area provides residents with a wonderful outdoor space where children can play, families can relax and neighbours can come together. Taking inspiration from the natural landscape, the scheme has been designed with a distinctly natural play feel. A carefully chosen selection of timber play equipment forms the heart of the design, with each piece crafted to encourage active, imaginative and adventurous play. The warm, organic character of the timber blends seamlessly with the surrounding environment, giving the play area a welcoming and timeless appeal that will mature beautifully alongside the development. Adding to the natural aesthetic, gently shaped play mounds have been incorporated into the layout, creating subtle changes in level that invite children to run, roll, climb and explore. Mounds are a wonderful addition to any natural play scheme, encouraging free, instinctive play and helping to develop balance, agility and confidence in younger users. For parents, carers and residents, comfortable seating has been thoughtfully positioned throughout the area, offering ideal spots to pause, relax and supervise while the children play. The seating also helps make the space a social hub for the community, somewhere neighbours can chat, families can spend time together and friendships can flourish. To finish the area to the highest standard, ESP PLAY supplied and installed high-quality safety surfacing across the play zones, ensuring a safe, durable and accessible environment for everyone. The result is a play area that is as practical as it is attractive, ready to be enjoyed in in all weathers, year after year.
